Refunds

Paddle, our payment provider, processes every refund as merchant of record. This page states when we authorise one — the same terms Section 6 of the Terms of Service sets out, in one place for anyone who lands here looking specifically for it.

PreShot subscriptions

Cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; we do not refund the portion of the current billing period you have already paid for. Your workspace stays fully readable, printable and exportable after it lapses — nothing is deleted, and resubscribing restores editing immediately.

A first subscription payment

Refundable within 14 days if the service has not been used beyond reasonable evaluation. A request after that window, or after substantial use, is considered on its own facts — write to us and explain the situation. The 14-day trial takes no payment, so there is normally nothing to refund before it.

How to request one

Email support@preshotapp.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We reply to every request; approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
